The most crucial part of having a heat pump fitted is the design. Right from the beginning, if the heat loss calculations are incorrect, the heat pump will not work as it should. This would result in inefficient operation and cost you money.
When you choose Ectotherm, we don’t send a salesperson or note taker to measure your house and do the heat loss calculations. Our designers are the engineers who will install your system. Each one has been trained to the highest standard in low-temperature heating system design, to get the most efficient result from your heat pump

We take everything into consideration, such as: the building's age, method of construction, materials, air tightness and levels of insulation. Only once we have all this information do we look at the best design solution that fits your requirements.

Installation
Your installation team will be led by the design engineer; this way we guarantee that we understand the requirements intimately.
Depending on the design of your system, remedial work may be necessary to install all of the components of the system. All our work is fully insured and we guarantee that your house is reinstated to the standard as before.
Operation
It is vitally important that you understand how the system is designed to work and operate. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have to make any changes; however, with most systems, there is a certain amount of fine-tuning required to get the best efficiency.
All of our installs come with remote monitoring and adjustability. In fact, once installed, there should be very little for you to do. Should you have any issues, we can remotely access all of the analytics and change things if required.
Aftercare
Every install comes with a 7-year manufacturer's warranty and an independent 5-year workmanship warranty. Click here for full details on our warranty.
